Penshaw Monument

from £12.50

Penshaw Monument is a memorial in the style of an ancient Greek temple on Penshaw Hill in the City of Sunderland. The monument was built between 1844 and 1845 to commemorate John Lambton, 1st Earl of Durham. In August 2011 the National Trust opened the spiral staircase hidden in one of the columns to the public for the first time since 1926 and began to provide guided tours of the top of the structure.

All of my photographs are printed on Fuji DP Professional paper to ensure fantastic quality and longevity and mounted in a cream mount. All framed photographs collected in person will be supplied with glass, all posted frames will be supplied with perspex.
